To open the Insert Auto-Text Menu, press F12 while your cursor is in any Data Field, or right click on that field and choose Auto-Text from the pop-up menu. From Insert Auto-Text you can select a text item to insert into that field.
To add/edit/delete a text item from the list, go to Settings - Auto-Text.
The OK Button will insert the currently selected item into the Data Field your cursor is in now. Alternatively, you can double-click on a text item on the list, or select a text item and press Enter on your keyboard to perform the same function.
